Since 2004 Jimena has found herself at home in the dynamic hustle of New York City, working on everything from major feature films, to independent movies, music videos, events and commercials. She recently moved to Barcelona where she is currently starting to work in local projects with Spanish and foreign productions.

When not making movies, Jimena has also worked on music videos for artists such as Charlotte Gainsbourg and Vancouver Sleep Clinic, and created commercials for the likes of Nike, Adidas, and Beats.

Jimena’s enduring passion for the visual arts encompasses a career spanning almost two decades of world-building and aesthetic design, and it is on the screen that her work feels most at home.
